Yes, I've changed the name– and a few other announcements

First off, you may have noticed that I changed the name of my Substack. Simply put, it turns out that making a pun on my own name– however common that may be on Substack– ends up getting tiresome really quickly.

Second, I recently enabled paid subscriptions for my Substack. For now you can think of these as donations that support my writing– and I appreciate them! I spend a lot of time not only writing articles, but researching them thoroughly beforehand.

Depending on the length and complexity, an article can take anywhere from a few hours to two days to write. Your support allows me to take time away from other business (freelance writing and marketing consulting) to do this work.

That said, sometime in the near future (think 1-3 months) I do plan to start paywalling some of my longer articles. Most of them will remain free, but one out of every three or four articles will be for paid subscribers only– although they will always come with a free preview.
