In my first few years of lifting weights, nearly every part of my body got bigger. Bigger chest, bigger biceps, bigger calves...you get the picture. But one part of my body never seemed to grow. Not that part, you perverts. I'm talking about my forearms. Several years into my training, they were barely any larger than when I first started out.
