I've been keeping it simple lately. Here's a workout I've done a few times in the last couple weeks. A) Do as many pushups as you can in one set. If you can't do at least ten, do knee pushups. B) Do as many dumbbell rows as you can in one set. C) Do a plank and hold it for as long as possible
